Welcome to Jeik ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our marketplace requiring manual payment confirmation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. How It Works
Jeik is a platform connecting users with partners (cafes/restaurants) to rescue surplus food. We act as an intermediary for listing deals. Payment verification is handled manually by our administrators.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when reserving deals. You are responsible for completing the payment transfer via Kaspi and uploading a valid screenshot. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
4. Partner Responsibility
Our partners are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and edibility of the food they provide. Jeik disclaims all liability regarding the food products.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms.
