1. General Policy

Due to the nature of surplus food, all sales are generally final. However, we understand issues may arise.

2. Eligible Refunds

  • Sold Out: If you paid but the partner ran out of food before you arrived.
  • Cancellation: If your order was cancelled by us or the partner after payment.
  • Quality Issues: In rare cases where food is inedible (proof required).

3. How to Request

Contact our support via the contact details provided on the website or email support@jeik.store within 2 hours of your pickup time. Include your Order ID and payment screenshot.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your Kaspi account within 24-48 hours.
